All-On-4 Plus®, Step by Step

Step 1: Digital Planning and Facial Analysis

Your journey begins with a comprehensive clinical assessment. We use 3D CBCT scans, facial photographs, and Digital Smile Design software to understand the relationship between your bone structure, bite, and overall facial balance. This planning process allows us to map your restoration before surgery and ensure precise implant positioning tailored to your anatomy.

Step 2: Surgical Reshaping of Bone and Gums

On the day of surgery, we prepare the implant sites by gently reshaping the jawbone and contouring the gums. Supporting Procedures That May Be Included

Additional Implants
