From Missing to Functional: Your Restoration, Designed With Precision
Tooth loss can impact everyday activities like eating and speaking. At Couture Implant Centre, we use the All-On-4 Plus® treatment system to restore function, oral health, and comfort through a carefully planned and executed approach. Every step is tailored to your individual clinical needs, using digital planning and durable materials to achieve predictable results.
The Meticulous Process of Designing and Placing Your New Teeth
Step 1: Comprehensive Examination & 3D Smile Design
During your consultation, we focus on understanding your dental situation and treatment goals. We conduct a thorough examination, including assessments of bone and gum health.
Using Digital Smile Design (DSD) and 3D software, we create a model of your planned restoration, ensuring every element is tailored to your clinical requirements.
Step 2: Precision Planning & Real-Time Adjustments
Our planning process uses advanced CAD software to map out your treatment stages. This allows real-time adjustments for precision and effectiveness, ensuring your restoration aligns with your clinical plan.
Step 3: Try-in Templates
Following implant placement, we create a provisional template to test the appearance and feel of your new teeth. This overnight trial allows us to gather your feedback and make refinements prior to delivering your final prosthesis.
Step 4: Immediate Final Teeth™
In most cases, your final fixed prosthesis is fitted within 24 to 48 hours after implant surgery. These Immediate Final Teeth™ are custom-designed, milled in advance using your digital records, and secured to a titanium bar.
They are carefully shaped to suit your bite, jaw alignment, and gum contours, allowing for immediate function and restoration without relying on a temporary denture.
Step 5: Fitting Your Final Teeth
This is the step where your final teeth are fitted and assessed for comfort and function. We take care to ensure the prosthesis meets your clinical requirements and that you leave with a clear understanding of your aftercare plan.
Step 6: Tailored Adjustments
During the healing period, typically 4 to 6 months, we monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments. As your gums heal and implants integrate, we ensure your prosthesis fits as planned, collaborating with technicians to achieve optimal results.
